Compressed air systems
A compressor is not the whole system. Dryer, receiver and piping are selected with it.
MERTSAN KOMPRESÖR
Mertsan Kompresör supplies compressors, maintenance, service and compressed air systems matched to industrial demand.
COMPANY
We treat a plant’s air need as equipment, piping and service together. Selection follows site conditions and real demand.
Direct-drive and variable-speed ranges for continuous duty and higher flow.
Cast-iron, tank-mounted units for workshops and intermittent duty.
Refrigerated dryers that keep moisture and condensate under control.
Receivers that smooth demand spikes in the air line.
Staged line filtration for oil, particles and condensate.
Separators, filters, oil and service kits.
MRC-75 D
A 1:1 coupled screw compressor for continuously loaded lines.
ViewMRV-110
Matches motor speed to a varying air demand.
ViewMRC-30 D
A compact package for smaller compressor rooms.
ViewMRP-15 T
A piston unit for intermittent duty and higher pressure.
ViewTies oil, filter and separator changes to a running-hours plan.
A field team for faults and commissioning.
Separators, filters, oil and overhaul kits.
Compressor, dryer, receiver and piping are treated as one system.
Contracted visits and repeating checks.
The map is not a branch list. Marks show where service is represented.
A compressor is not the whole system. Dryer, receiver and piping are selected with it.
Continuous load points to screw machines; intermittent and higher pressure points to piston units.
A higher setpoint and an undersized pipe mean more electricity for the same job.
The interval follows running hours, dust and the oil in use.

Setpoint, leaks, pipe size, load profile and maintenance all land on the same bill.
28 February 2026
Viscosity and oxidation resistance affect temperature-related stops.
12 February 2026
Duty cycle, pressure and noise expectation decide it.
24 January 2026
The required dew point decides the dryer type.
Write down the duty cycle, the pressure you need, simultaneous demand and the size of the compressor room.
On screw machines the oil, filters and separator are commonly changed at 2,000–3,000 hours or once a year. Dust shortens that interval.
A screw compressor is quieter under continuous load. A piston compressor is a simpler option for intermittent use and higher pressure.
Lower the setpoint, close leaks, size the pipe properly and use a variable-speed machine when the load swings.
